Residents are fully responsible to maintain and repair the following items at the residents expense: AC filter, washer and dryer (unless lease specifies otherwise), pest extermination, lawn and shrubs, microwave (if applicable), water conditioners, plumbing stoppages, garbage disposals, smoke detectors, window locks and glass breakages.
